Could be worse, but...
It was my first time getting any sort of gyno exam. It wasn't a traumatic experience, but I'll be looking for another place for any other future exams or birth control treatments. The front staff was very kind and spoke Korean (no problem for me but fyi). The tech also did that thing people do where they don't feel confident speaking English, so they don't really meet your eye and don't even explain things in Korean... I was confused how much clothes to take off. And after she put me in the stirrups (fully exposed) she went on her phone while we waited for the doctor... I was doubly uncomfortable. I explained that it was my first time ever by the doctor, but I felt like the examination was rushed through without much kind bedside manner or explanation what was happening. No pain and I was out within 10 min but didn't get to ask more questions about birth control like I had planned.

100% Recommended
Y Queen is an amazing clinic. They offer a huge array of treatments and screenings for a good price considering the quality of service. I paid around 200,000won for a full screening package including pap tests, sonography, HPV and STD testing, and virtually everything else a woman may need to be tested for in her life time. The results were very in-depth and it felt completely worth the money for peace of mind alone. A cancer screening package is available for 130,000won, and STD testing is available for about 40,000 won (additional charge for HIV/HPV screening), which is very reasonable. The doctor at this clinic is wonderful. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease, despite the fear and discomfort many women feel when visiting a clinic of this nature. The other staff were similarly fantastic. The staff at Y Queen have been very helpful when it comes to making appointments or simple queries, and the ability to do so in English via KakaoTalk makes it even more comfortable. 100% recommend this clinic.

Dr. Kim is a great doctor!
She is excellent!. She's a very kind and caring doctor who is very sincere and honest. I trust her expertise and medical opinion. I'm most impressed with her genuine caring and concern. I'd say she's the best doctor I've ever met.
